I know I promised some time ago to post my paper on Plan Colombia And US intervention. Well, I had to polish it a bit, and re-organize it. This is probably not the final draft, but it is good enough for government work, so here youn’s go. This paper is on US involvement in the Colombian Civil War, and how US involvement in foreign internal conflicts only makes things worse.
